How does ordering work?
Choose your piece, add it to the cart, and write your size and stone choice in the order notes at checkout. Or simply order on WhatsApp. We confirm the details with you, you send the 30% advance, and making starts.
Why do you take a 30% advance?
Every piece is made especially for you, in your size. The advance confirms your order. The balance is paid in cash when your piece is delivered.
How do I pay the advance?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. Account details are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number.
How long does delivery take?
Made to order — delivered in 12–15 working days after your advance is confirmed. Delivery is free all over Pakistan.

Is it real silver?
Yes — every piece is handmade in 925 sterling silver in Karachi.
Can I change the size or stone?
Yes. That is the point of made-to-order. Choose any size we list, and the stone colors shown on the product page. Write your choice in the order notes or tell us on WhatsApp.
How do I know my ring size?

How do I care for silver jewelry?
Keep it away from perfume, water and sweat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store in an airtight pouch. Silver naturally tarnishes with time — a gentle polish brings the shine back.
Returns
Can I return my piece?
Customized pieces (changed size or stone) cannot be returned or exchanged. Manufacturing defects are always covered — see our Returns & Exchange Policy.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Send photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We repair or remake genuine defects free of cost.
